Arrival is possible every day. The rooms are available from 16.00. Please inform Hotel arrivals after 20.00. The day of departure is required to leave the rooms before 11.00 am

A confirmation deposit is request pairs to 30% of the reservation of the room through bank discount or credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• In case of no show we pray You to communicate the lacked arrival by mail or by phone.
• If the notice to leave is communicated more than 30 days before the arrival date, will be any charge
• If the notice to leave is communicated less than 30 days before the arrival date: 100% of the deposit
• If the notice to leave is communicated within 14 days before the arrival: 50% of the total of the reservation
• If the notice to leave is communicated within 7 days before the arrival: 70% of the total of the reservation
• If the notice to leave is communicated within 3 days before the arrival or no show: 100% of the total of the reservation
• Anticipated departures: 100% of the total of the reservation

The double room for single use provides an extra charge of 30%

During the high season and New Year, the third and fourth bed provides a supplement of € 35 per person per night for the Junior suite ELEGANCE and Grostè with breakfast included, in the remaining periods the supplement is € 20 per person with breakfast always included.

During the high season and New Year, the third and fourth bed provides a supplement of € 30 per person per night for the Junior suite PRESTIGE and the SUITE with breakfast included, in the remaining periods the supplement is € 10 per person with breakfast always included.
